Doing good for yourself, and others, in one fell swoop. What’s more, having fun. Thanks, as often happens, to physical activity and the desire to be together. All this – and more – is included in the fourth edition of the Silent Fitness Solidale scheduled for Sunday 26 May in Fano, organized by the Italian Red Cross Fano Committee in collaboration with ASI Pesaro Urbino, and with the valuable participation of some instructors and sports technicians made available by various local organizations.
This is an event accessible to everyone, a solidarity walk with lots of music – but silent – suitable for all ages. The aim is precisely to promote physical activity as a source of health and social aggregation.
The meeting is at 8:30 at the Sassonia tensile structure, in Viale Adriatico. After the initial phase of participant accreditation, the walk will begin – almost five kilometers long – and will be interspersed with some exercises that are accessible to everyone. You will pass through the Passeggiata del Lisippo, arrive at the Lido and the new Darsena, and finally return to the starting point. All thanks to the guidance of a trainer and accompanied, of course, by music. Each participant will receive previously sanitized wireless headphones – hence the definition of ‘silent’ – from which they will be able to listen to the instructor’s instructions and pleasant musical accompaniment.
